Australian Building Co. required a complete strategic overhaul with re-positioning of the brand and a new go-to-market strategy; positioning the business as a tech-savvy and modern company reflective of its younger audience.
​
This included hiring, training and managing an all-new sales and support team of 14 staff.
​
The project included rolling out of new retail display home program and strategy and launching an industry first "Home Creator" website tool - inclusive of Virtual Reality designs, colour and facade options and ability to transact online.
​
The net effect was an increase in the revenue base by $40m+ over 18 months and taking the business into profitability.
